Our motto is chefs knows the best. At Zdoof we have restaurant chefs having a number of years of experience and they are from various parts of the world. Our chefs are respected chefs in the country and have earned numerous accolades for their contemporary cuisines. Our chefs are quite professional with years of experience in preparing various dishes and serving them to the people.

We have an executive chef who took the charge of the food preparation. The educational qualification of our chefs vary from each other but have years of experience in working in various restaurants.

Our team comprises of,

  • Ajay Mishra: He have a good interest in cooking and an expert in recipes like Roast pork, Apple Sauce, Dal tadka, Sagu khicdi, Bhatura, Fataoush salad, Mutton Biriyani and many more.
  • Manish Tyagi: He is the executive chef of ZDOOF’s advisory board having more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His recipes includes lotus root kebab, Chana Masala, Avial,Chilley Chicken, Kaser Halwa, etc.
  • Manjit Monohar: He is born in Delhi and currently working as an Executive Sous chef in a five star hotel in New York. He has 13 years of experience in this field. Few of its recipes includes Ajwaini Shrimp Burger, Soft centred choco pudding with white choc, Orange Casatta Cake, Wild Mushroom Risoto, etc.
  • Nimish Bhatia: He is having years of experience in this field and love to serve the clients with his recipes.
